Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items 
If your order is incorrect, damaged, missing items or in case of any manufacturing defects, please contact Customer Service (see contact info below) and we will arrange a return and replacement at our expense. Simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures and order details.

Please make sure returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Please note the following exceptions:  Sale or clearance items, cut yardage, fabrics by the yard, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.Please see product for complete details. This is subject to change.

Incase the product is out of stock, our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash On Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given as no payment was received by us.
